The Silliest of Silly String Battles!

On June 12, over thirty students at Maple Hills participated in the silliest of skirmishes against our Principal, Ms Tapper, and our Dean of Students, Mrs Magee: a silly string battle! The students' parents purchased their spot at this year's PTA Auction, and the kids were ecstatic! Many of the MH classes came out to the playground to support their fellow students. Kadence, a third-grade student in Mrs Dusenberry's class, said, "It was awesome! I wish I'd done it. Ms Tapper and Mrs Magee looked like they had crazy hair everywhere!" While the battle did not take long, the students did not miss their mark. Afterward, Mrs Magee said, "I've got silly string EVERYWHERE!" Thank you, Ms Tapper and Mrs Magee, for the laughs, and congratulations to the students, who doused our leaders with loads of silly string!
